ICFG Conference 2022 Held in Henley, UK in September
ICFG members from all over Europe, the US and Hong Kong from our international network ICFG met for a 2-day conference hosted by HMT LLP, our UK member in Henley, UK. 20+ participants were able to join from our members Match Plan Corporate Finance, Westbury Group LLC, Carmin Finance, Wintergerst Societät für Unternehmer-Beratung GmbH & Co. KG, Juan Capurro Boltendahl, CIGP – Compagnie d’Investissements et de Gestion Privée, AVaccani & Partners and Deomenos.
It was two very productive days discussing ICFG’s strategy for the network combined with superb social activities organized by HMT in beautiful Henley-on-Thames.

AVP Managing partner, Amedeo Vaccani, presented at the “11th IRRC Waste-to-Energy” held in Vienna, Austria on September 5 and 6, 2022
The 11th IRRC Waste-to-Energy took place at the Vienna University of Technology. The IRRC is a forum for exchange of information about materials flow management, closed substance cycle, applied technologies and organisational forms for countries complying with the EU-norms and those that are in the beginning of this development (https://www.vivis.de/konferenzen/irrc/).
With the title „Global Supplier Structure for Delivery of EfW Plants, Including Alternative Processes, and Key Trends“, the presentation was very timely and well received.

InfraVia Capital Acquires Blue Phoenix Group from Waterland Private Equity
End of July 2022, Infravia Capital („InfraVia“), a leading independent private equity firm, specialized in private markets across European infrastructure & technology investments, closed the transaction with Waterland Private Equity („Waterland“) for the acquisition of a majority stake in Blue Phoenix Group („BPG“), a leading player in the waste recycling infrastructure industry and world’s largest incinerator bottom ash (IBA) processor.
