A. Vaccani & Partner AG (AVP) merges with Amane Advisors Limited (AAL), combining leading expert advisors in water, resource recovery and the circular economy.
Zurich, Switzerland, May 26, 2022 – AVP is delighted to announce the merger with Amane Advisors Limited (AAL), the premier global strategic advisory firm focused on the water industry. As part of the merger, Amedeo Vaccani has become Partner and Shareholder of AAL.
With permanent offices in six locations worldwide, and 60 employees, AAL provides focused and effective expertise to many clients ranging from global corporations, to technology start-ups, investors, operators, engineering firms, institutions and public agencies.
AVP will continue its well established business model, offering Consulting, M&A advisory, Strategic Partnering and Market Intelligence.
