ELEVATE Hong Kong Holdings Limited, 100% owned by EQT, one of the largest stand-alone sustainability consulting groups globally, with 450 employees in 110 countries, buys 100% of BSD Consulting, which is an international consultancy headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland with 9 offices on 4 continents, providing knowledge and solutions for sustainable management and development
AVP has arranged bridge loan financing for the BSD Group to enable the transaction.
